Floating power plant

Norwegian company StatoilHydro has built the first floating wind generator equipped power plant in the world. 2.3 MW power plant called Hywind was set up in the North sea and anchored to the bottom of the sea 11 km from the shore Karmy in the south west of the country for testing. The wind generator is set on a 65 meters mast which is connected to the floating platform and is extended by 100 meters pipe of 8.3 m diameter underwater. The underwater pipe is mainly used for stability of the construction and for the height control of the mast. Hy-wind can be used at any place of the sea where the water depth is between 120 and 700 meters. To ensure the stability during strong wind the electronic vane control system is used.

Wireless broadband installation in rurals.

Nanostation is one of the best CPE radio client. That’s last job what we have been done. Customer build a mast near house to pass a trees away and get clear view to wireless base.

On picture below we can see CPE units: Alvarion , Motorola Canopy , Wandy and some others one what haven’t a clue how they called. Place of roof was on some small airport can’t remeber exactly where.

NASA has discovered a ring of Saturn planet which was unable to see in past.

They use specialist method to do this and finally see it!!!

The artist's conception simulates an infrared view of the giant ring. Saturn appears as just a small dot from outside the band of ice and dust. The bulk of the ring material starts about six million kilometers (3.7 million miles) away from the planet and extends outward roughly another 12 million kilometers (7.4 million miles). The ring's diameter is equivalent to roughly 300 Saturns lined up side to side.

Mikrotik on RouterBoard ( RB333) and StarOs on Metro Board

There was a time when all network works on StarOs operating system with Metro boards and that wasn’t bad, but when we start do OSPF routing and PPPoE authorization for customers CPU clock wasn’t enough! Mikrotik is a really good operating system to creating wireless networks and Routerboards are pretty fast and good to implement in Network. How they works together ? In one word : they don’t like each other to much! But if you using routing in network it’s more or less ok. Worse is if your network is in bridge mode and all boards can see each-other, then happen strange things around

How to don’t do it wireless broadband

Have so much fun with lads when we see it ! That’s a omni 360 degrees, wondering how long that will keep and give wireless broadband to customers??? Week Month year maybe never make trouble. But one think is don’t do it this way to save time because you will lose much much more to get back and fix!

During the meeting, Dealer Convention in Tokyo, Sony presented a prototype flexible electronic paper based on the plastic, allowing the collapse, just like ordinary cards. Flexible electronic paper is nothing new. In June last year, LG Display the first time presented a flexible e-paper, and in late August 2010 reiterated its mass production and presence in the e-book readers.
